AMS, SRP, Manley, Uehara and Reese Tuning help Nils....SO CAN YOU!!!!

As many of you know Our beloved Nils has been down on his luck and been forced to sell his car. His life has been flipped on its ear and being the responsible adult and father that he is our friend Nils has put his car up for sale(Here)

You see Nils biggest problem is that he needs a motor. With a spun bearing Nils needs a rebuild. With personal expenses being what they are this simply isn't possible for him. This is where the EVO M community came in and CAME IN BIG!!!!

Everyone here at AMS loves Nils, he contributes to this community and never really asks for anything back. His white CT9A with orange wheels has become synonymous with road racing in our little world. Thanks to AMS, JE pistons, Manley Rods, Uehara Motorworks and Reese tuning and YOU. Nils is going to keep his car and continue to race.

Here is what the parties involved are contributing:

.
AMS Performance
http://www.amsperformance.com/
FREE Labor to build this shortblock donated by none other than our own drag car Pilot Mr Eric Jones. All gaskets, OEM pieces and machine work at our cost! Saving Nils over $2000.00!

JE Pistons/SRP Pistons:
http://www.jepistons.com/
A FREE set of their new SRP FSR 2.3 Stroker pistons featuring:
  1. Advanced, lightweight FSR forging that eliminates stress concentrations for superior strength
  2. Up to 20% lighter than traditional equivalent
  3. High-silicon 4032 aluminum alloy for reduced piston-to-wall clearance and quiet operation
  4. Accumulator grooves for improved ring seal
More info HERE

Manley Rods:
http://www.manleyperformance.com/
A FREE set of there H-beam rods found in the AMS motor program!
Manley "H" Beam connecting rods are manufactured from 4340 forgings to the same exacting standards developed and approved by our original equipment customers. There is a vast difference in quality between a Manley "H" Beam and the "other" inexpensive H-Beams on the market. Weight matched to +/- 1.5 grams. Perfectly round big and small ends. Bend and twist is tightly controlled.

Uehara Moto Werks:
Has donated their time to pull and reinstall Nils old and new Engine at NO COST!!!
Uehara Myspace page

Uehara Moto werks

Las Vegas, NV 89113-0258

Reese Tuning:
http://www.reesetuning.com/
Reese Tuning has agreed to donate FREE Tuning to Nils for his new 2.3 Stroker motor!

Unfortunately this does not cover all of it. Machine work and OEM parts add up. This is where EVO M Can help. We are starting a fund in Nils name to help make this as cost effective as possible. You see after all these free parts and donated labor hours Nils still has to come up with about $1400 out of pocket. Every little bit helps so if you can spare some money in these tough times please do so. Please paypal your donation to DONATIONS ARE CLOSED if you want to be recognized please let me know and I will add your name to our list of contributing parties along with a running tally of money received.

Thank you again to EVERYONE involved and I cannot say I have ever been prouder to be a part of car community like EVO M!

Eric

we are already getting donations. Every little bit helps. Even $5 will help. Just think if 100 people donate just $5 we have $500 knocked off the bill!

Considering Nils has our TB on his car, plus he has run our high-flow cat to a Street Class win, MIL.SPEC will be donating $100 to the Nils cause

Nils, let me know if you need more stickers
