The "FR" cruiser helmets are SA2005 rated. The regular cruiser helmets are M rated.

I had a Simpson helmet once....ONCE!
Next to Bell, I found it to be the most cheaply-looking, fitting, and working helmet I've ever owned. Arai, Shoei, and even HJC are so far ahead in fit, finish, quality, and functionality.
