common sense would say the the 06 EVO IX MR SE, would be the rarest due to the expensive package, followed by the SE....when i ownd a svt focus we had a color by year break down with even further EAP packages....its a same we can't get this.

I know this is probably not what a lot of you are interested in, but this is hemi car numbers to give you a reference. All original hemi cars have retained and gained in value through the years. So...what you are looking at in 20 years is the equivalent of a hemi 'cuda. In fact if you look at the single year figures from 68 to 71 they built more hemi cars each year than evos. A totaled hemi car is now worth 20 grand if it still has the original engine in it. lesson-keep your evo forever, it will do better than the stock market over time.

I don't see a one of one or even a one of none evo being worth 1mill+ in 30 years. Collectors Item maby but not classic muscle car money. But if you think I'm wrong do a Galen Govier and start collecting every bit of info you can and ask Mitsu if you can dig around there bastments for original blue prints and such.

Most hemi cars arent worth $1mil + either. A nice hemi roadrunner however is worth a good 60K or more. Somewhere out there somewhere might be the equivalent of the hemicuda convertible in evos, but i dont know what that would be. Either way, i still say, keep your evo.

Not likely. The way things are headed, we will be lucky to own gas vehicles in 20 yrs. I say have fun with them while you can. No sense keeping it as a garage vehicle.
