You are receiving this letter because you have purchased an online product from a company/person who has used ATI PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS, INC UPS shipping account number and/or ATI PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS, INC name fraudulently.
While using our UPS number and name is upsetting enough, the thoughts of any product being sold as ATI PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS, INC authorized products when it is not from ATI PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS, INC is intolerable. It seems that generally, the fraudulent company is not using ATI PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS, INC as the selling venue. However, it is shipping as if the product came through the ATI plant. ATI PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS, INC has a solid reputation as a quality performance parts builder with cuttting edge products. We are upset and angry that someone is infringing on our good name. We have found out that this person(s) have been scamming customers for quite some time now. Please be aware from whom and what you are purchasing. For ATI PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS, INC products, please do NOT accept anything unless you contact the Baltimore office directly at 800-284-3433 or one of our authorized representatives.
If you can fax (410-298-8344) or E-mail (alabadie@atiracing.com) any documentation or information that you have regarding your order from any of the above listed entities, it would be greatly appreciated.
If you have any questions or comments, you can reach Allison LaBadie at 800-284-3433.
Apparently, scamming people is not a profitable enough business if you actually pay for shipping yourself. Ryan has now discovered a more profitable alternative -- (if he ever sends you something) he's apparently just billing the shipping to another company.

yeah RNR was out of san diego and believe it or not they made good parts when they first started...although it took me 2 months to get my big 16G for my 90 talon tsi...but my TB exhaust for my talon was really nice and my TB exhaust for my evo is really nice...but there quality fell off about 2 years ago...

ATI makes very nice (and pricey) harmonic racing dampeners for Evos, as well as a number of other cars. Theirs was the first aftermarket harmonic dampener for the Evo that was released. Curt Brown and others used it. You can find a number of threads on here about the comparison between ATI dampeners and Fluidyne dampeners.
Apparently, Ryan Fellows bought an ATI dampener direct from ATI, and had it shipped to him. He sold the ATI dampener on E-Bay a few weeks ago, but apparently has been using ATI's UPS account without permission to ship his own parts, and ATI is very unhappy about that, as well as (apparently) him starting to identify his parts as coming from ATI.
