tinting on rally red? opinions?
looking to get a tint job on a new 06 rally red mr... i was wondering what type of tint would look good on it?
i couldnt find many ppl with tint jobs that have pics posted on a rally red evo...
so i was wondering if anybody have seen any in person...
i know in my area, theres limo black, titanium, and quantum tint... with quantum being mirror like.
im looking to do all the windows... including front windshield. of course that would be 50%, while the rest would be... somewhere 40-35? i dont want it too dark... im just getting it to reflect heat.
i had a older car that a did a quantum tint all around and it helps keep the interior cool...
any opinions/ideas would be appreciated.
thanks!

platnium would be the same as quantum...
hm thx for the pics evoryder... red and limo black looks good but how well does it keep the heat out?
ne body with mirror tints and red?
btw, i live in southern cali, so.. cops might pose a problem... especially when im already in a red car...

I dont have a pic as of yet, but I did mine with that quantum style. I am not big on real dark tint. Nor did I want a pure reflective tint. I got the 35%. This has a light tint with slight reflection. Very clean. My car is going into the shop for paint work on a kit this weekend. So I will hopefully have pics in a couple weeks. Black tint looks good too, but too dark for my liking.

IMHO Rally Red looks like a rally car, and should therefore have rally style tint, IE as mirror-like as possible to reflect the sun. I wanted to get really reflective tint but it's illegal in Oregon. I got the most reflective I could legally get, but it only looks really reflective when it's a somewhat bright day with big white billowy clouds in front of the sun. Otherwise, it just looks kind of tinted and a little reflective. If I had my choice, I would go 0% mirror tint all around with the same on the top of the windshield. Just please don't get different percentages between your front and rear doors. That looks awful on a 4 door car.
