IMO is somewhat RICE to change it E8 taillights to E7 lights
..........if its going to cost you 190 bux PER light
that means around 400 bux total that could have been put into performance
however, if u just took that thing off a junkyard e7 (maybe off ebay or something) then and go ahead and do it

Good investment? I don't think so, it makes 0 sense to change perfectly fine taillights, you can call them "rice" or whatever you want, but it's pure vanity to spend 400 on taillights when 400 could get you a turbo timer + boost controller + G Tech.

no, hes saying that if your evo8 is stock, and you spend money on non-altezzas for it, its about as ricey as a civic owner who has stock tails, and spends money on getting altezzas for it. The rather high expense of doing the swap only exacerbates the "riceyness" of it.
