Would anybody be up for an EVO vs. S2000 Competition?
I've seen disrespect from other forums about the EVO, but not at the levels I've seen recently from the S2000 community. Just wondering if anybody would be up for a battle against S2000s, sort of like EVO vs. STi/STI shootout. This competition would include-
Autocross
Drag Race
Dyno
Time Attack
I firmly believe EVOs would sweep all events. Who would be interested in this and could it even be set up? It would be fun, and I personally would be down to make a trip to where ever. Just wanted people thoughts.

Sounds like a good idea, but I doubt very many of them will want to drag race.

The result of this shoot out is won't tell us anything new. The S2000 is gonna win theautocross while the Evo/Sti will win the drag/dyno.

Depends on driver skill... good driver- s2000 wins, bad driver- EVO wins.

What do fast record holding S2000's run in the 1/4?
I have seen a couple of high hp(500whp+) S2k's, but they look like dyno queens to me. I doubt those same cars would do any good at autocross/circuit or even drag racing. Whearas a ~350-400whp Evo could conceivably do well at all events.

We're at a loss in AutoX. As good as our cars are there's no fighting physics. we're bigger and heavier compared to S2k's. =\
