H7 and H11?

I thought I read somewhere that H7 bulbs where just slightly larger then H11 with the same base? The reason I ask is because H7 Yellow ION PIAA's can be found but H11 can't... Can anyone confirm this?

I can't find any yellow fog lights that are actually F***** YELLOW! LOL I was thinking about the light covers but that looks like a royal pain in the ass... also not sure i want to paint my housings now because it reduces light output.

way back when I bought h3 plasma ion bulbs for my older car. They were that funky prism type yellow. Yellow from some angles, almost white head-on. So I figured I could live with it and got some H11 Piaa plasma ion yellow builbs in December. Looks like bulb technology has changed somewhat. They are very yellow from all angles. And I prefer FUNCTION, not form.

Here's a pic of the headlight and the case. (The bubbles are from the 3M headlight protector). The clear bulbs in the case are the old ones.

Unfortunately, I got these bulbs at Yellow Hat in Japan for 6300 Yen. About 60 bucks.
