Because those are PIAA Yellow Ion's I had to take a double look. Those are not the Nokya. I have seen someone else claim that was their car with H11 Yellow Ion PIAA's. Look at post #14 on this thread.  It doesn't appear black because it's silver.

Correct for sure! I won PIAA H7s on ebay thinking they were the correct fog light bulb after looking on PIAA's web site. I called PIAA on it and they confirmed H11s are the correct bulb not H7s. They are sending me a free set of H11s, and updating their site.

The one thing about the ion yellow piaa's is that they project yellow, but look whitish head on. i wanted that yellow look.
