HKS 272 cams. Do I need springs?
I am having a HKS 272 cams installed with an engine rebuild and am concerned that the lift is high enough to warrant upgraded vavle springs and retainers. The intake lift is 10.8 and the exhaust lift is 10.2. The shop has told me that I do not require them, but my gut tells me different. Am I just paranoid?
