Help me spend money (or not)

I'm on the horns of a dilemma: I want to mod my car for power once and be done until the motor blows or I get insanely bored of the configuration. If I do any sort of tracking it will be auto-x for fun one or two times per month; I'm not looking to be 'faster' in auto-x, that will come with time and the driver mod. I've already gone as far in suspension parts as I want to go. This is primarily a DD, with auto-x on the side. So knowing that, and knowing what I plan to use the car for, here's what I have and what I am looking at doing, parts wise:
Car mileage: 120k(ish); had mileage interval service before I purchased the car.
Have:
DNP tubular manifold (will switch with ported stocker)
Griffin intercooler (came with car)
Megan O2 housing (came with car)
3" downpipe (not installed)
Synapse BOV (not installed)
Looking to add:
Ported stock EX/IM
65mm TB
Intake
Mil.spec HFC
Tanabe Touring or RRE stealth
LICP
Walbro
Injectors
COP
272 cams
Tune
WB/boost gauges
3-port
I'm looking to stay stock turbo and would do all the work myself.
So, am I missing anything? Should I save money on anything? My goal is to do this once and be done until I feel the need to go bigger turbo. I'm not in a huge rush, so I have time to price it all out and search for deals in the classifieds.
I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Valve spring, retainers, seats, and get some MAP or ARP head studs. How's your clutch holding up? More power might make it slip.

Good call on the springs/retainers, but do you think I'll really need the headstuds? I'm not looking to push massive boost or take the tune to the ragged edge.
The clutch is pretty solid, but if it starts to give I'll go ahead and switch it out.

Head studs are what people call "cheap insurance" less likely to blow a head gasket. If your eventually going to go big turbo them head studs are a good idea. Next time the head comes off I would do head studs.

OK, but I don't plan to pull the head any time soon. Can I just swap out the current studs 1-for-1? Or do I need to pull the head, change the gasket, them put the new studs in?

The only reason why I would replace the head studs would be if I was already doing a head gasket. For a stock turbo car there is no need for them in my opinion.
I also think that a 65mm throttle body is a little overkill because there is not much power gains made by them unless you're running a huge turbo. If you were to get the throttle body though try to match the throttle body size to the same size as the intake manifold inlet to keep turbulence down to a minimum.
