GT35RL whats diff??

My GT55RL Turbo looks diff than other GT35RL why is that? help me out here s my turbo picture. Thanks

looks like precision ported the compressor cover.

82 - Compressor's exducer diameter in mm
R- Ball Bearing
L - Liquid cooled
S - S Cover (4" in/ 2.5" out)

That is kinda dumb. All R series are liquid cooled.

i mean i have seen few pictures out there and it looks so diff than what i have. and thanks for the helpful.

diff air flow into better suck air into? maybe better? just wondering.

I would say it flows better. It just wouldn't surge and prob works better than the precision design anti surge porting. Did you want me to tell you yours is better, flow better, and produces more hp?

non ported has slightly better efficiency, but you cant always run them.

+1 correct. Sorry i forgot to mention that. Same thing with the 64mm vs. 84mm FP Red. The 84mm Produce less overall hp due to efficiency.
