Synapse BOV + HKS EVC Problem???

ok so i have a 03 VIII gsr...i was running a stock 8 turbo @ 24psi with a Synapse bov and a hks evc V as my boost controller....now the bov i had connected the "regular" way with port b going to a getting vacuum and port c boost only....the car ran pretty decent with almost consistant psi but never really quite the same...i jus blamed it on the EVC...i had some flutter partial throttle on the highway but it wasnt too bad so i didnt mind haha.........i do a lotta highway 5th gear cruising and stuff so flutter was kinda a issue....but last week my turbo took a **** and i upgraded to a stock IX turbo..on the first pull after the swap i hit 28.5psi now remember theres are the same settings that the stock 8 turbo would jussss make 24psi so after some tuning we were able to get it at 24 psi making good power but the thing is i would occasionaly spike higher like mid 25s/26psi and i have my warning set at 25psi so if it passes that it cuts the boost to 23.5 psi....but heres when the "problems" came in...THERES A LOT OF FLUTTER!!!! drivin around i c that this turbo is spooling pretty quick at 2500rpms and where as my 8 would start round 3k and on highways its killin me cause partial throttle it flutters alot!! so i did sum reasearch here and found a "Better" way to set up the bov...they said to jus put vacuum to port b and leave port a VTA so i did that and to be honest there is a lil less flutter but.....i would spike at like 26/27 psi!!! and this is with out changing settins on the EVC....now i turned the boost down and down kept doin pulls and i would get a couple of pulls at somewhat consistant(but lower like 21-22 psi and than bam another 26 or 27 wtf!! idk whats goin on idk if theres sumthing wrong with the bov or its not set up right or if sumthings wrong wit the evc or thats not set up right....this evc is a PITA and idk where to start to try and figure this out....but all i kno is i dont wanna do damage to my turbo or motor so i wanna get this figured out!!! is there anyone here thats running the synapse valve with a EBC??? any help/suggestion/comments would be great!!! thanks!!

Hey! I'm running the Synapse DV with a Blitz SBC iD (EBC), I had some minor issues but found that most of them were from trying to "t" the line from the boost source to use it for both the Synapse and the boost controller.
You will need two seperate boost/ vacuum sources for the Synapse and the EBC. Once I disabled my EGR/FPR/Evap stuff I had plenty of sources for this and then the car ran great. Zero flutter. Shortly after doing this I switched to a larger frame turbo so obviously it was no longer even a concern.

Sorry it took me so long to reply, I'm in Afghanistan (U.S. Army) and don't get to check this everyday. I don't have many pics of the engine compartment or specific pics of the vacuum hose setup, when I get home in the spring/summer of 2010 I can see about documenting the setup.

Port A vented
