HKS BOV to recirc or not?

Purchased my first EVO (06' Electric Blue SSL) about a 2 weeks ago and love every second behind that wheel. Just got it tuned and put down 303 on a dynodynamics with stock turbo on pump. The car is a blast. The only thing I don't like is it has an HKS BOV vented to the atmosphere... When I get in and out of boost in 4th or 5th gears the car studders quite a bit. Are most running their HKS VTA or should I get a recirc kit?

How does blowing off relate to not making power?

You can probably make money selling your HKS and picking up a 9MR DV from here with a recirc pipe.

I was looking at HKS too and in the end it's not worth it. If you have to have a HKS or you have one already, just get the re-circ kit but you are better off just buying a IX BOV.

lol.

Hks bov= tons of noise and attention. Almost never found on a true race car. Just rice cars.

Stock 9 or similar "quiet" bov's= Usually found on true race cars. People that don't feel the need to go "psh" every time they shift to feel cool. These cars go fast instead of trying to sound fast. If you want to make alot of bov noise and have a slow car you should have bought a srt4

end rant
