ACT HDG6 - Multiple TOB Springs?

Guys

I opened up the HDG6 last night, and was going to throw it in the car today, but noticed that the retaining clip for the TOB was in the bottom of the box, and there was an additional 2 springs laying in the bottom of the box as well. I dont see any remarks as to why these are there, and i've yet to see a pull-clutch setup with more than one spring in, but at the same time, I typically install push-style

I'll post up a picture in a second, of the remaining springs....so you guys have an idea.

I cant get ahold of any of the retailers, and everyone else is closed today for the weekend, and I'd really like to get this thing running by tomorrow evening.

thanks

Some well placed commas would make your statement significantly easier to understand.......

Are you saying there were issues with the TOB popping off with the multiple springs installed...

or

Are you saying there were issues with the TOB popping off, and installing multiple springs should remedy?

Thanks

Use all 3. I personally have 3 of the wavy spring washers and an OEM Mitsu TOB on my Competition Stage 3 clutch.

I ended up just using the two....the car had an aftermarket clutch in it before this one, and the pressure with two ACT springs was equal to the two that were on the previous cluch (unaware of the brand) with all 3 springs in there it was significantly stiffer...
