That's what I thought.
I hear you evo8urv8. 26 miles one way for me in the wrong direction (I usually head S but e85 is N), which is just barely out of reach. I think I would be willing to drive 10 miles out of my way for e85, since you won't get as far on a fill-up.
Another issue that we've seen in WA are some stations starting to sell e85 and then running out for chunks of time (not happening to all stations). I'm not sure if that is an issue in other areas but nothing worse than making changes for e85 and then having the well go dry.

I haven't heard about the stations running out of fuel out here.i'll probably carry a 5gallon container with me wherever I go incase I get a little low on e85 actually nevermind i'll have a 91oct tune as well so i'll just switch over to 91pisstane when I run out of e85

im a big advocate on the bbk because of the cbrd customer service, R&D time spent, quick turn around time, and great pump results. BUT can we PLEASE see a time slip for someone running a BBK. I know its not a turbo for drag racing but 1/4 mile times are 1/4 mile times, numbers are just numbers

I've been leaning towards the BBK all along. Considered the Red/Meth for the 91 we have here but this is purely a street car and I didn't want to go down that road. GST got great results with the BBK on straight 91 so I'm hoping CBRD can as well.

I might just stick with my BR 20G and see what it'll do since not many people are interested in it

a few people here have the green, and to date I'm the only one with the BBK..lets just say that the guys with the green have not yet gotten my 1/4 times even going with 100oct and better fuels + meth..I only used 91.. BBK is a superior turbo to the green.

Wow, They can't even match you with meth? Who did your tune Murf?
Chad,
What's your opinion on meth injection on street cars? Does CBRD do kit installs? Sounds like I might not even need it anyways.

In talking to Chad, the BBK was designed to be very responsive / spool quickly, have a nice wide powerband, and have really good power output. Although the turbo may designed to be a great street / road race / autox turbo, I suspect the broad power curve and hp numbers will also make it a winner in the stock turbo-like class....
As mentioned earlier:
4 - 6 weeks for the FP HTA Green
2 days for the BBK Full
Interestingly, FP now says the new green's (running big boost) need to run the updated oil line...Do the BBKs need a new oil line as well ?

our turbos do not have an upgraded oil line...
we've had 2 failures (out of over 150 units worldwide)..
one was due to overspeeding of the turbo, due to a boost leak.
the other, was a bent thrust washer due to the hotside being taken off by the customer and them forcing it back on at an angle...
cheers

i 100% aggree with you that the BBK would be great in the stock turbo class. Its just annoying that no one with one has taken it to the drag strip lol. Again, i loooooooove the BBK for all the reasons stated above
