Garrett or Bullseye T04e 50 Trim?
Hi guys i have jdm evo 7 gsr and this is my first post as i am confused to decide which turbo i should shoot for.
I am on budget of around 700$ maximum so i was looking for equivalent brand 50 trim turbo of fp,ets,,etc.. for nice power band and not so laggy, the 50 trim turbo seems to be the best streetable for power and track autoX
Garrett T04e 50 trim flow about 47lb and Bullseye offer two 50 trim models with .55 a/r and .70 a/r turbine and both flow around 49lb,was thinking about the bullseye with 55.a/r but thinking it would choke so power up top ,and aware the .a/r would be so laggy, which do you guys recommend for me ? Thanks guys.

Do you have to use an external wastegate set up?

I make 380 whp on a low reading MD, on a dynojet I would probably well over 400 on stock evoIX turbo, cosworth M2, turbo XS ic, upper and lower icp, injen intake, forge MBC, RC 1200cc, walbro fuel pump on e85 with no turbo lag and I leave in the California desert...running strong no problems

damn that's good numbers but sadly we dont have the e85 here to acheive such a nice numbers without pushing too much boost only the regular92-95 pump gas, which one do you recommend for me ? the garrett 50 trim one or the bullseye?

What about methanol? can you get that? 95oct is good too better than California's 91...I wouldnt go with any of those. Why dont you go with the blue BBK or the FP red? more power/no lag

Don't waste your money on single scroll turbos. The Evo is a twin scroll for a reason. For those small turbo upgrades, you want to retain your twin scroll feature for fast spoolup.
Blouche BBK, EvoRed should be the only options. You can barely buy a stock Evo 9 turbo for $700. Save your money.
