So does the gauge need to have an analog look or can it be digital?

Does it need to show vacuum or do you really care?

There are plenty of diesel truck gauges out there showing boost pressures anywhere from 60 to 100psi of pressure but they are boost only no vacuum readings. SRTI makes a 45psi gauge i believe and there are probably a couple others.

Zeitronix and AEM both have digital gauges with 5bar electronic sensors showing around 50psi and accurate vacuum readings.

Our 75 PSI MAP sensor reads vacuum and 63 PSI of boost. The most accurate, temperature compensated sensor in the industry.

Im not running that much boost (yet), but I just ordered an AEM one mostly for this reason. will read up to 50psi
Also IMO the digital readout is a little easier to read then a needle when at full boost.
Also you can prob read it on your EBC if you have one. too small of a readout though IMO

Is a boost gauge even usable at those boost levels? I know in my sand rail there is no way I'm looking at the boost gauge when the motor is in boost, as I'm just trying to keep it in the right direction. I'd guess that 40psi in an Evo is a similar warp speed feeling, lol.

yeah, I'm planning on going with the greddy profec B- I know I can read it from there but it's a little small.

I'm super interested in the Zeitronix stuff. Very impressive. Might ditch my AEM UEGO for the full LCD screen and readout.
