Forged Performance RE-Build

Can't explain the circumstances regarding how the car got into it's current state other than it was the fault of somebody who is not a vendor/member on here, so no warnings that I can freely offer yet.

Anyway I will let the pictures do the talking. The car is was originally sent to Forged with a self-diagnosis of an oil leak and upon further inspection is going to need basically an entire re build of the engine from top to bottom

Something, there is supposed to be something in here but I can't quite...

There it is.

Ah, yes the engine, or what was left of it...

The competence level of the previous build allowed the head to at least stay partially attached to the block...

Parts longing for their final destination...

Sharif/Ryan/Dylan/Forged, thank you, it's going to be a helluva ride

Same as before, just properly. The shop that touched it last (again not a vendor/member on here) royally messed up the motor.

Oliver Rods, Eagle Crank, Wiseco pistons, Ferrerea Valves, are all the things that need to be fixed along with all the other engine hardware.

On top of that a HKS Fcon and EVC 6 will be getting installed.

Nothing catastrophic, car was running and driving and making 450whp in it's form when it went in. After doing some testing and inspecting Forged found a lot wrong , which led to more searching and more being found wrong.

That sucks Scorke! Ryan and Dylan are good friends of mine (I've detailed Ryan's blue beast many times) and you are def. in good hands! Looking forward to seeing the end result!

justboosted02/Boost3d/tripper fx 3-Thanks for the wishes/condolences... I was somewhere between shocked and distraught when I got the first round of errors diagnosed...

Kav/Craig- thanks for getting that unit out to them, guess time wasn't as sensitive as I initially thought, can't wait to see it on top of that white VC

In the end I have to tell my self that cars can be fixed, people sometimes can't, and now that I have gotten over that I am just happy this was all caught before I tracked it and something catastrophic happened.

Your Welcome...Please keep us updated with pics, we would like to add it to our showcase section on our site. That piece should look rather nice with the White VC

Well you won't say who it was, will you at least discuss what you found wrong, and why it led you to the decision of tearing the car apart (again)? Most owners of a 450whp car in running form won't be doing this unless they know what to look out for
