Low Boost bad ignition coil boot?

Low Boost bad ignition coil boot?
Yesterday i replace the oil main seal.
When i whas doing the job i found a damaged ignition coil boot can this cuase low boost ? i just have 7 psi of boost with avcr off.
The extrange thing i didnt have low boost before the job may i dameged the coil boot when i removed or something.
help aprecciated.
