bubbles in oil on dipstick?

ok well i found the problem one of the vacuum lines that goes from the T on my aeriomotive fuel pressure regulator just completely fell off and now i do not kno where it runs to so i just plugged the line till i can get it taken care of.. i was over boosting past 30psi and my afr's were 17.1 on open throttle
