More liquid, than usual

I just did the cheap method this weekend by creating the extension out of the non-fouler. (It didn't work for me). However I noticed alot more of moisture where the rear O2 sensor goes.

2 Questions: My bung is located on the 3 O'clock position, could possibly moisture drown the Oxygen sensor, thus sending the CEL?

When I say moisture, I mean water type liquid that appears to drip from the exhaust when you turn on a vehicle early in the morning?

This might sound like porn(so I'm sorry): But when I put my finger in the bung my finger is caked in water(*shakes head). Can somebody school me why so much water resides? where heat fumes exit?
