Any other stuff beside cam seals and silicone?
I think I will reuse the valve cover gasket and grommets. They have only 20K.

i would replace the valve cover gasket!

I know this is old thread, but damn 3 hours? i bled my lifters too and it took me 40 mins to swap everything to firing it up.. slow boy  just make sure it done right so take ur time ..
