thats a good chuck of change....you could do: TBE, 20G-LT, installation kit for the 20G, 272 cams, 720 injectors, fuel pump, intake, MBC, FMIC kit (ETS kit), head and rod bolts, custom tune. I was gonna go this route when i thought i should build my '03 and with labor it came out to $6975. Will give you great power and should be a kick driving it . Good luck.

I would even do any of those mods. Call up buschur or AMS and buy a 50 trim or gt30 kit right off the bat w/ supporting fuel and engine mods and be done. You waste a lot of money doing stock bolt on parts, and in the end you realize you could have just bought a package and acheived way more power.
btw, the 03 turbo doesn't make too much power... so....

Car will drive like stock but will run low 11sec and or 10sec? Start with 20g lt, 3" TBexhaust, Cams(GSC S1), Ported intake and 65mm TB, Cone filter, MAS pipe, Intercooler piping and JESTR tune. About $5,000 parts.

wow thats alot of moohhlah lol
look at buschur I'm sure many have said this.
Warrtalon has some very good kits through buschur for a good price.
Once you get these supporting mods then I would think about a turbo kit.
good luck.

Buy a POS daily Driver: ~2k (used accords or Subaru Justy's are good finds!)
Get everything you need for a good email tune (Cable, software, laptop, etc...)
Think long and hard about weather or not you want to spend thousands on a clutch, and if not forget about drag launching your car
Drop in filter or basic intake piping, down pipe, 02 housing and if you don't mind allot more interior noise, high flow cat or delete pipe and TBE.
Contact Mellon in the tuning section and get a top quality tune.
Buy an extra set of tires/wheels (keep what you have for back up), get rid of the stock chrome lamps, get a functional boost gauge, rear anti-roll bar, brake pads (I love my project mu's, but there are allot of good brands) Short shifter, shifter bushings (inside and out) and if you have money left 264/272 cams.
Hmmm... sounds kinda cynical of me, but I think its a good list

If you live in cali, pay a lot for gas and want more efficiency, more power, better mileage(yup I said better mileage) then listen to me. 1st things first. This car has power from the get go so yea free up the breathing and get a buschur 3in. exhaust with magnaflow muffler cuz you dont want to get a stupid fix it ticket from the police plus it sounds nicer anyway. A 2.75in downpipe will do because it responds quicker. The HKS is a nice piece I have it and have plenty of good things to say about it. ported and coated o2 housing, ported and coated stock headers, 10.5 hotside, drop in filter or HKS RS intake shrouded with the APEXI cold box and you could find some hose to route to the intake from the bottom of the front bumper (be creative), buschur lower and upper intercooler pipe, Works Braile small battery, a walbro 255lph HP pump, stick with stock injectors if you stickin to the efficiency and MPG game trust me, WORKS throttle body and WORKS reflash with P2R launch control. Oh yes and dont forget the MR Bypass valve for crisp boost response. If you want keep the stock intake. with just that you'll be hittin over 310ft lbs of torque easy to the wheels good for low 12 sec. passes. Now its time for brakes and wheels. Put some endless M-spec pads with some brembo slotted rotors front and back ATL super blue fluid with works brake lines works great! Now the fun part. WHEELS! and super light ones too! I would opt for the buddy clup P1 QF wheels over EVERYTHING ELSE if I had the cash in 17x8 with 35mm offset. Wrap some Toyo RA-1 tires around those and you will have one hOT evo that gets better mileage , lighter weight, and probably high 11's with those wheels. I would also delete that A/C , thats up to you. Now the Clutch, get an EXEDY twin HD no doubt! B&M short shifter with Works clutch line and kartboy shifter bushings. wala your done. All that should fit if you plan on doin the work yourself
