Great "how to" What was the total cost for the O2 housing, studs and 10.5 hotside? How did it feel on the "butt dyno"?"

O2 - $75 on ebay...
10.5 - $250
Studs - Don't know, got hooked up by Vishnu
Gaskets - $50

As far as butt dyno, the real dyno will tell tomorrow.

It can be a real b^tch to et the hot side off of the CHRA, I can't see doing that in the car right next to the radiator. More power to you.

How did you get the lower bolts off of the lower heatshield. I could not access them at all with any of my wrenches.

Well, my turbo was together for ~23k miles and it came apart without a hitch. Once I got the v-band clamp off I soaked the seam with WD-40. Took, a small flat blade screwdrive and a hammer, tapped once and it popped apart.

Got them with a ratcheting wrench, took a while but wasn't that tough to get to.
