BEP S362 Dyno Results

Well after a few months rebuilding and some tuning i got a decent amount of power.

Motor-

2.0 LR 9.1.0 CR
Howard Ultimate Duty I-beams 156mm Rods
Wiseco HD 9.1.0 Pistons .20 over
ACL Bearing
Sparktech non-CDI Ignition
GSC S2 Cams
GSC Behive Springs
GSC Ti Retainers
GSC Valve Seats

Boost was off on the 35.25 run I maxed the 50psi Absolute sensor which maxes at 35 when we did another pull it was 38.X psi and the sensor is off by 1psi reading higher so we got it to 41 psi.

The 608 and 553 are 3rd gear pulls and the 616 is a 4th gear pull.

nice results, but it is interesting that your boost response curves are so drastically different. What type of wastegate and wastegate controller do you use?

Turbosmart hypergate 44mm also the 553 was in a HKS hi power and 8* timing up top and the 608 was on a BR SD catback. The 35.25 was me maxing the sensor on the dyno so that's why its so flat. Im running a Hallman MBC Stuff spring ceramic ball w/in cabin controller cable. The swap on catback with minor af changes made 11 whp and 10 ft/lbs more with great flow.

thats a lot of boost for 93 and meth lol. now get used to it at this power level and then add e85 and hit 700+.

take baby steps though.. work your way up.. its funner that way.

Thanks tom, I plan to do E85+meth lol but your correct got to get used to it first. There was no knock though.

I was in the other hemisphere for a while . You'd probably see me in rear view mid way through 4th now. You going to the track day at njmp?

im not tuning it anymore because he was knowledgeable enough to take what he seen off my roms and learn himself.. he has prior experience tuning vehicles. i def dont care that hes tuning it himself though.. i guess he didnt see the smilie at the end of my comment.

Congrats Josh. Looks good! I would get rid of meth soon before it becomes an issue you don't want to deal with. I use to run E85+Meth and made loads of power but it is not the safest/consistant form of oct.

Also when you throw FP5Rs in the car and E85 you will be at 700whp
