Spec-Ops Tuned- Tyler's IX MR Stock motor, cams & turbo 93/E85 tune comparo!

I have known Tyler for a good while now, and we finally got our schedules to come together since he goes to school in Statesboro, GA. I was finally able to get his car tuned after almost 4 months of playing phone tag, and between ordering a few parts to support his E85 goals. Thanks again Tyler for being so patient during this whole process!

Red-E85
Blue- 93oct
Boost I reckon around 27-28psi (stock MR guage cluster)

Mods that matter

Injen UICP/LICP/Intake
ETS 3" Intercooler
Forge BOV
Hallman MBC
Buschur Mini Battery kit
3" TBE
Walbro 255
FIC High-Z 1100cc Injectors w/resistor bypass

As you can see not to many mods done to this car...

If this is N/A, then amazing! If not N/A, what is the boost?

did he have 4 people and some cinder blocks in the back? 3600lbs is QUITE heavy for an evo... that would explain the numbers

I'm pretty sure it's at 3605 lbs because of the occupants weight in the vehicle. An evo weighs around 3200 lbs, so it would only take two average sized guys in the car to make it weigh over 3600 lbs.

Great work as always Freddie!

IDC on the FIC High_Z 1100s is 76%

Jim I am guessing the boost is at around 27-28 psi as all he has is the stock MR guage cluster to monitor boost...

I find that numbers become lower if you have more fat-a$s's in the car while doing the logging... Even by compensating for the weight, the numbers always seem lower with just myself in the car during the run.

I can't say enough how happy I am with the car right now. Freddie@SpecOps did an awesome job and he will be the only person touching the car from now on. The MR feels smooth and strong throughout the entire power band!
Looking foward to my next tune with Freddie at somepoint next summer most likely! Cams and safety parts are next!

I highly recommend Freddie and Spec Ops as they have done everything possible to make me happy with the Evo.
10/10
