Built 2L HTA86@33psi TT long block E85 700hp! | @40psi - 790hp!

I just finished this really awesome pieced together HTA86 powered Turbo Trix built 2L engine. This is a perfect example how combination is a major key in producing wicked power out of these cars.. this car might make 800whp once were done with high boost.. i will update later with that graph also.

Fuel: E85
Boost level: 33psi
Location: NY
ECU: Stock ECU + Speed density /w omni4bar & GM IAT & ECUBoost

Mods:

Engine
2.0L Turbotrix long block Wiesco pistons
Turbo trix stage 5 head
9.2 compression ratio,
aluminum rods
ferra valvetrain

Buschur DP w/modded 255's
-6 feed line
Buschur rail
BBK 75mm throttle body
ID 2000's
DI intake manifold
custom air intake
Buschur 272 cams
Buschur Race FMIC
HTA86 turbo (.82 AR)
Full Race header
Tial WG and BOV
FJO wideband integrated into ecu
E85 Zeitronix Ethanol sensor (e80-e90 at all times)
Carbonetics triple clutch
Grimmspeed 3 port
Sparktech non cdi ignition

Hopefully we hit 800 on high boost mode!

Btw this was in 97% humidity! Will update graphs once we get a good night for tuning.

40psi currently. still 3rd gear run also.
Also still only reving out to 8500ish.. car has the capability to rev to 9500rpm safely.

Yet again Tom does a great job tuning a car...My car is no where near this build but he did the best out of three tuners I have tried.
Good Job Tom keep it up!!
p.s. Hi Pete, sorry I didnt make it to LG when you came up. I had some family things going on unfortunatly.
I look forward to the next time, The RS is my favorite.

Should hit 800 awhp at 40-42 psi.

Also that Turbo Trix head sounds like it's doing work!

Nothing like a car at low amount of boost that makes a lot of power

it spools around 800rpm sooner with my maps on it vs the other ones. thanks for the compliments Mike

When you hit it around 3k it hits full boost around 5k. its pretty decent for a 2L and the power its producing.

it made well over 750 so far. ill post the graph once were 100% done with it.. but i think it might see 800 below 42.

Well it hit ~715 hp at 33 psi.

From my math:

33 psi = 2.245 bar + 1 bar atm pressure = 3.245 bar

715/3.245 bar = 220 awhp on motor only

800awhp target/220 awhp = 3.636 bar - 1 bar atm pressure = 2.636 bar

2.636 bar = 38.8 psi

You'll lose some turbo efficiency at that high of boost level so I added 2-4 psi back in to make up for it
