Xcelr8's 10.5@136mph FP RED E85 beast revisted, MAF to SD and more boost = 600whp
Xcelr8 brought down his beast for some stock ECU goodies. We did SD, Map switching, gear based boost.
The car already went 10.5@136-7mph with the old tune I did for him back in Feb.
Today we picked up 85ftlbs, and 60ish peak HP, but there are areas under the curve were we saw 80+whp gains. Wonder what its going to trap
Today's baseline was at 35-36 psi, after tuning the boost is now at 39-40psi.
Mods :
Buschur Built Long block
Shearer fab Stock turbo mani
Sparktech Non-CDI COP
Buschur FMIC with 2.5" piping
3" Exhaust
MAP ported intake manifold
Fp 80mm Red with FP inlet
o2 housing, but I don't remember which one... I will post it later
Stock ECU with SD, dual map, and gear based boost.
We are going to be making some passes Wednesday at our track rental.
Today's Baseline(136mph) Vs the Final tune
Baseline Vs SD baseline Vs Tuned SD
Febs tune, vs Today's Baseline, VS SD base, VS tuned SD

Thanks
I was happy at 580ish.. but after looking through the logs, it honestly didn't even seem like the motor was trying
I remember being happy with 400whp in my 1g on a red back 9-10yrs ago what a POS my car was

My old mph was good for low 10's but i never cut a Good 60ft. Also, i wasnt no lift shifting. With some better launching and faster shifting, i think 9's are achevable. Ill be ay a disadvantage with the weather and no slicks. But with the added power i feel confident im. Going to lay down some nasty times with 140+ traps.
