thanks,
There are two boost settings:
1.5 bar steady to the redline, this is 22 psi
2.0 bar peak or 29.4 psi at 3700 rpm tapering down to 22 psi at 6800 rpm, just turbo can't hold it, need more flow

nice build.

imo, you really need to get rid of the oem o2 housing.

your making decent torque, but i believe your power will go up with the helpp of a invidia 02 or o2 of your choice.

Yeah, something is keeping it from really breathing, power drop is pretty severe after 5500 rpm. Great torque.

are you still on the stock intake box but just with a k&n drop in filter. that is probably holding you back in addition to the stock o2 housing

The BBK Full can hold more than 22psi at 6800, even on a 2.3L

Release the flow and use good boost control

The power is falling off hard. Even with some parts missing, it shouldn't be dying past 5500rpms. I expected it to peak around 6500rpms and flatten out getting towards the limiter even with the stroker.

I bet the gain on your Greddy EBC is turned way down to keep that thing from spiking. I had to keep mine at 5% and that was on a 2.0. You will taper like crazy with the gain that low. Switch to ECU Boost.

Thank you guys for the really helpfull advices
The intake system is fully stock, only the K&N replacement.
We thinking for custom made o2 housing, kind of a non wastegated turbo style with clear nice shape discharge pipe and separated wastegate exit with screamer pipe.

Definitely switch to ECU controlled boost and at the very least get a Megan o2 housing.
That should help it breath a lot better up top and keep boost flat and power climbing.

Open up that intake. I've seen 20whp gains on smaller turbos moving from airbox to a good intake

Is this on a tuned setup with an airbox going to an open filter intake with a retune or without a retune?

Bryan,

How a stock airbox with drop in and modified lid compares to a good intake (i.e Perrin Kit). Is the intake a lot better or is it close? I wonder if that is holding me at 350awhp on a dynojet. It is either that or the 20G.
