Thank you GST, so it seems as though what I said about you, CBRD and myself being on the same page is very correct. I would agree completely with the numbers you posted being what I have seen between stock fuel and just a few break in miles and some real fresh fuel.

Maybe we can get MD involved in finding out what the problem is with TTP's dyno then. I'll ASSume he is being honest and hasn't messed with the dyno and since you, myself, CBRD and now another MD owner, Doug's Dynopower, have all seen the same basica numbers something is obviously WAY messed up.

The other similarity is GST, BR, Doug, CBRD all own MD-500-SE's and not the smaller Euro models.

I would take BVP up on their offer and put an end this dyno war bullsh!t.

It is the same **** over and over in all the TTP threads. A dyno is a tool. The numbers are truely worthless, except for showing a difference in power before and after.

Scott you should start posting the before and after. This way at least a difference is shown, not just the end result that everyone argues about.

I am not comparing 94 to 91. You didn't read what I wrote, not that it surprises me. At stock power levels, stock tune, stock AFR's I don't think there is going to be much power difference from 91 to 93/94 octane.

Just got another message to remind me STM's dyno is also the same as ours and their numbers are showing the same...........

How many dyno's does it take to show mine isn't abnormally low but someone else's is abnormally HIGH?

BVP's offer sure seems like a good one.

cyloc, not true, the numbers if abnormally high are also a great selling point for a product or service you are trying to sell.

I agree that they seem high. That is why he should show the difference of before and after. The difference may help settle any of the debates. People tend to be more impressed with the gains over peak numbers. At least they should be. The only reason i say that is bc, not all people can drive the same, even with the same power.

But I have also put my car on and installed multiple dynos. And I can tell you that dynojets also tend to read different between the eddie current and non-eddie current. There is not a huge difference only about 10 whp on most 2 Liters and about a little more on the strokers.

This seems like a good opportunity for Scott to clear the dyno debate. If I was him I would run over there and blast out a 750+ whp pass and shut everyone up..

Great results for the stock ecu BTW...

Based on your track times and dyno numbers I must have made damn near 800 whp with my stock motor on your dyno. My car weighed in at about the same as yours and trapped 142.8 breaking up (pushing open stock valve train @ 40+psi).

Bottom line is you need to re-calibrate your dyno or send it back as defective. On our dyno your car would read 550 or so.

Im not trying to bash you but come on, Even you can't possibly believe your numbers are accurate.

Before you come back with " I missed a gear or an IC pipe off" So did I

Well it seems as though I had some effect on getting this thread re-opened.

Now, TTP, how about taking that car to BVP and dyno'ing it? I'd like to think this discussion wasn't and effort to get the thread opened back up wasn't a waste of my time.

We have 6-7 Mustand Dyno owners using MD500SE's like mine who are are in agreement with our base numbers and our dyno's putting out very close to the same numbers. TTP's dyno isn't even in the same ball park as the rest of ours.

Let's compare it to BVP's and see what happens. Then maybe it's time to get Mustand Dyno involved so they can figure out what's going on with your dyno, maybe they screwed it up.

The roll weight is so vastly different from any other dyno it's hard to say what's going on.
