Sandmonster: IX, E85, BR3065..

Sandmonster had asked me to post his results yesterday so here it is. IF it is not on the mod list it is stock, his car is fairly lightly modded. He had made 440hp prior to this retune and was trapping 126 in that form at 27psi. He has since added a doublepumper, here are the results.

Mods:
BR3065 cast manifold
BR doublepumper
AMS FMIC
HKS exhaust catless
RC1200's
Intake
MBC

This graph shows how rich the car was running after the doublepumper install versus removing some fuel and the power that was gained with no other changes in boost or timing.. It gained more then I thought it would from just fuel changes on E85 honestly. This is also not a finished product but I thought it was an excellent comparison..

This is the HP/TQ curve of the finished product at 32psi tapering to 29.5..

This is a comparison to his stock turbo numbers, this power level was good for over 114mph on the stocker.

You should bump your filtering up quite a bit more, that graph looks like ass.

Power looks good for mods, good work.

I prefer a filter value of 1, I really could care less how pretty it looks, but thanks for the kind words..

All of Indy's tunes have been with street and track logging and using ECUFLASH.

It picked up some power but not as significantly as say a t3 35r.. This kit uses a mitsu 7cm setup..Went to E-town last night but didn't get a clean pass (only got 2).. First one went almost 100 in the 1/8th and let off (botched shift to 5th 11.3@117 w 1.9 60') and second run the ic pipe blew off after turning up the boost.. I think he is going back friday..

It's not my car and I wasnt driving, rev limit was set at 8200 but he didn't hit the limiter either.. He is running a bad tire size 235/40 but waiting for a set of the 245/45 drag radials to arrive. Can't see why it would not be an easy 10 second car like that..

Springs and retainers + 8500 limiter should keep that car in 4th on a 10sec pass no?

What do the 60fts look like?

Another solid tune as always pistol. So many people cast the 30r off saying it was out dated. Clearly it still performs very well. I'll see you in a few weeks at the shower buddy.
