Thumbs up Force-Fed/Epic Customer Dyno, Impressive stage 1 IX

A customer of ours Jesse(mivecevo9) came to us for a exedy twin rebuild. Upon checking the car over and talking with Jesse we learned that his car had NEVER been tuned. Only a "Mail in" flash from another tuner. Jesse agreed the car had felt sluggish and wanted to dial her in after the clutch rebuild. Came out with some VERY impressive results with the mods he had.

06 MR
Full TBE
Tubular mani(ebay?)
walbro 255
perrin intercooler
injen intake/upper pipe
HKS blow off(re-circ)
ARP headstuds
Crappy MBC

Baseline was not bad but running TERRIBLY rich. We knew we had alot of room to work.

After a few pulls and trying to lean her out some we noticed how bad the boost was falling off with the cheap MBC that was installed, Not holding boost at all dropping from 22 to 17psi way before redline

Enter the Forge MBC we installed with a heavy spring to correct the boost problem and presto Look at the dotted green line of how bad boost was falling off compared to after the install of the solid green line of the forge
Comparison of old flash to a Crewdawg Force-Fed tune

Finally fixing the boost problem and giving her the timing and fuel she wanted we ended up with some great numbers for a IX with bolt ons and NO CAMS on a mustang dyno

Mr. Berrios, the pride of Puerto Rico doing what he does best

A good pic of what boost does to cheap manis

and finally a Vid

Thanks to Jesse for having confidence in us to take care of his car and give her the attention she needed. Great job to Epic motorsports for the clutch rebuild on such short notice and hats off to Babi(Crewdawg130) of Force-Fed for making some great numbers on a mildly modded IX. Way to go BRO!!

All of Indy's tunes have been with street and track logging and using ECUFLASH.

No problem. We cant wait to expand our business to all those central NC evo guys that we know are out there. My friend a bolt on evo with 366/360 is a mean street car. No telling what it would do with a set of cams in.

Nope, boost was spiked at 25psi holding 22psi. And Mr. Crewdawg is also part of the Force-Fed/Epic family, we had to get a latin ringer to tune cars lol
