Ryu, I believe that the 25psi gate has a lot to do with it still climbing at 7500. The dump helps maintain the boost and the gate helps achieve the boost . Tends to be a nice combo. I have both but I'm trying to mess with my 25psi gate because I was spiking 37 but now I'm back down in the 31 range. PM sent

Wow! That is an impressive dyno sheet for an FP Red on straight 93 octane. Those are great numbers, and on a mustang dyno. Congrats!

What exactly do you attribute the improvement in spoolup to? Would it be related to the design of the bends/diameter in the turbine discharge tubing creating less backpressure?

personally i would have to say the reduction in backpressure w/ the divorced wastegate. couple years ago SportCompactCar did a write up on divorced wastegates, on a honda w/ a turbo kit, w/ mild boost ranges they picked up 35 whp w/ the only change being a divorced wastegate... since i have always been a fan

I dunno, people pay magazines lots of money for testing like that.

How can an open dump improve spool-up? Isn't it closed during spool-up? Similarly, a regular O2 isn't recirc'ing anything during spool-up because the wastegate is closed. Please explain. Thx.

Hmmm made about the same figures I did on a dynojet, on a mustang dyno interesting that's more than what David Bushur made on his customers recently tuned 93 oct Fp Red.
Although my tranny is in need of a rebuild badly I'm really interested in challenging your customer to a race at the track

Calm down Vin Diesel - if you want a fix it will be 20 large
Scott why would the cops not agree with the Shearer fab?

Autometer will have to modify their gauge for you.
