wholly heavy batman, that more math than i signed up for tonight... racing has it's place, but why not make a super efficient smaller application instead of turbos bigger than my head?

The new project is about to finish.
Here are some general pics of the custom parts that we have for the 4g63.
We have steel rods, aluminum, titanium and our new custom rods are from Metal matrix composites (MMc). A quick reference for mmcs: its combination of metal (alloy) and ceramics, almost 40-60 better tensile strength than aluminum, the composite ceramics add a lot of strength to the rod comparing to anything exists, its 50-70% lighter to a steel same length and 25-35% to a titanium. The problem is the cost and the life of this rod. In a race condition rotating more than 35sec in 1.7ratio and 400grm of the piston have almost 100-120hours life. No bearings use with this rod as the MMC has less friction and wear than traditionally used Bronze. The cost per set is calculated by the time of producing.
We have piston - rod combos from 1.7 ratio to 1.9 ratio (for 12.000rpms.)
Lightweigth pistons and heavy duty methanol pistons from 11.8:1 cr to 13.4:1cr with chromemoly forged pins and gapless plasma rings. (these are tested to 79psi boost).
Coming our custom ported high flow cylinder head, composite titanium valves and high silicone valvetrain components, berilium valve seats and guides etc.
Pictures and infos coming soon.

Just a quick shot of the high flow cylinder head.
Custom Titanium valves, custom berilium valve seats, cobalt valve guides.
Capable of 12.500rpms. 6.3G acceleration.
More pics and specs coming.

700 extra useless hp.imo once you make 700-800 hp its good enough on the evos drivetrain. Those are some really nice parts i must say.1400hp should be pretty interesting in my 4g63 rwd project.
