Yes was one "off" the record tests at 14psi, testing new turbokit at our race engine and flatshift also on the street. This week will be full boost tests also.
This is a full street 3300lbs weight evo ix with AC and interior.
Here are the times at 14psi so far.
Roll (2nd gear)
60-100 1,4s
60-120 2,19s
60-160 4,03s
60-200 5,99s
100-200 4,59s
Acceleration (3rd gear)
100-120 0,75s
120-160 1,86s
This tuning package was developed to convert the 4g63 platform into one of the fastest street legal car, and to be bolt on package for evo 7-8-9 for our customers wanting to contest 1500hp GTRs and 1500hp twin turbos at half cost and from 4 cylinder 2ltr engines. we hope rolling times to be close or better to these displacement monsters.
as far we know the record for 60-130 mph acceleration is ~3.40 seconds but we dont know if the car was with full interior and on the street with street tires.
Some of the stock and modified cars and bikes from 60-130mph as we know so far.
100-200km/h:
3.5 – Hayabusa Turbo (316 WHP)
4.5 – Kawasaki ZX-14
4.6 - Hayabusa 09 (stock)
4.6 – Honda CBR 1000 RR
4.8 – Veyron
5.0 – Ducati 1098 S
5.3 – Koenigsegg CCX
5.6 – Sportec SPR-1
Modified-stock cars
3.40 - Bob Helms, 1180 rwhp TT Viper, Auto, slicks
3.53 - Underground Racing TT Gallardo, 1,500+whp, 2-shifts
3.93 - 931 rwhp Supra, 88mm turbo, TH400 Auto, ET Drags
4.8 - 900 rwhp Supra (88GT47, TH400, no NOS, drag radials)
4.88 - 1,080 rwhp C6 Z06
4.9 - 940 rwhp Supra (35 psi)
5.1 - 780rwhp 240SX with Supra motor, 3-shifts (trapped 152 on this run)
5.1 - 840 rwhp Supra (30 psi)
5.26 - 997 GT3 RS TURBO / 1-shift
5.4 - 1,000 rwhp TT Viper
5.6 - Bugatti Veyron
5.71 - 200 Audi S4, built 3.0L, Tial Alpha 28's, fuel system, exhaust, pump and meth at 2.0 BAR
5.72 - Subaru Impreza GC8, built motor, big turbo and 100 shot of nitrous
5.8 - Ford GT, Whipple S/C, 780 rwhp, 1-shift
5.9 - GSXR 1000 with bolt-ons
6.1 - Saleen S7 Twin Turbo
6.6 - Ford Cobra, Whipple S/C at 22 psi
6.9 - Mosler MT900S
7.0 - Ferrari Enzo
7.06 - C6 Z06; intake, tune, headers, cam, no cats, 560 rwhp, 2-shifts
7.24 - Mercedes SLR McLaren
7.25 - Stock 997 GT2 / 1-shift
7.3 - Porsche Carrera GT
7.3 - Ferrari Enzo
7.66 - 996 TT 'S' with K16/24 Hybrids, 4th gear pull only
7.75 - Shelby GT500, Kenne Bell, 700+ rwhp, 1-shift
7.8 - Lamborghini LP640, stock, 2-shifts
We hope that with full boost will be low 3sec. The other thing is that we use H patern gearboxes and not DSG systems so the time of the changes is 0.30-0.35 more per change, we manage at low boost changes 80-100msec depent the gear ratios. We test something new as matter the flat changing time, we hope drop down to 0.60-0.70m/sec that is the limit of coupling the dog rings. We dont want to move to paddleshift sequential systems as the cost will be too high. Because of the low torque engine we use comparing to high displacement cars we must use 5speed gearboxes so the changes between 60-130mph will be more.

Spyros,
AMS recently set the record for 60-130 MPH. They did it in their GTR, in 3.31 seconds.

At the pic i saw that its not on a street pass but at a dragstrip. Correct me if i am wrong.
We want the time to be on street from a street car, thats why we develop traction control systems and boost strategy.

We have real battles with turbo bikes thats on the plan that can only compare this time to our place. We also want to try with Underground TT lambos or AMS alfa 12 GTRs or any quick street car, but we dont have any of those here.
