I am back, sorry for my delay, many tests and new parts coming.

We test some new parts. For u that u ask me about powetfull T3 units we have the answer with real tests. we knew when we built our units how stuff works but we decide to make back to back tests to same 4g63 engine same time. they suply us all high flow t3 frame units for the test and compare them to ours custom. We had the chance to test new Efr 9180 also as BW send us.
pt67billet.fp3794. comp67. also was invited to our tests also.

New 4g63 cylinder heads from cast. New high flow design from aluminum cast direct for ur shortblock.

we recently buy a new evox project car that we want to hit the hp record from this platform also.

coming soon

We have test both for labor purposes, the results we will show will be from single scroll T3 as the test was T3 flange only.

We dont know yet.

Here is the 64mm 11blade ext.tip T3 turbo we used at the T3 tests. 64mm flow was good enough to compare with most of the other brands 67mm units. Our 67, 70, 72 flows lot lot more and was not fair although is t3 frame, we wanted to see T3 units from 80lbs/min to ~ 90lbs/min. Our 67mm flows close to 98-100lbs/min. We compare also EFR with our 67mm to see, because EFR comp wheel flows more than 90lbs/min.
We have also ready to test 67mm-70mm-72mm same units but with T4 housings to see the limits of compressor side of these units.

Keep an eye soon.

Spyros,
Can you do Titanium Aluminide turbine wheels on your custom turbos?

Very interested in the 4G63 Cast cylinder head!

I've heard rumour of another company doing cast cylinder heads for the 4G63 too... I wonder when they will release it?

we have test some of these turbine wheels but failure at antilag all of them.

RSMike

i dont know if any other company want to make also new cylinder heads. But we start working for it from last April. We are not just reproduce a stock cylinder head but we develop it for better VE. We already produce 2 pieces for testing purposes.
We think we can be able to sell them less than 1 1/2 month. We want to have them on production, before close this year. I have enouph pics and material to show from design to production. Please give me some time.

We also do, but the cost is too high. We want same flow characteristics as posible with lower budget that most can afford.
