Evo 9 379whp/375wtq Stock Turbo/Meth DG Tuned

[DG Motors]

We had Tim from New Hampshire come down to our facility yesterday for some installation and tuning. Tim owns an evo 9 and he came into our shop with a 266whp baseline still on a bone stock ecu tune and boost control from the factory.

It was time to turn up the wick and unleash some power. We added Cosworth M2 cams and Arp Head Studs. Tim wanted to run 28+ psi on 93 octane so he also had us install an aem meth kit with our "Stealth Setup". (Link Below)

snow performance install with pictures.

A snow performance fail safe was added to protect his investment in case he ever comes across an alcohol pump related failure down the road.

Boost was controlled with a Hallman Mbc.

Final Numbers were 379whp/375wtq @ 29psi. (1.0 Correction)

+90whp/125wtq @ 3,750rpm

+100whp/100wtq @ 5,252rpm

+125whp/100wtq @ 6,500rpm

We could have pushed it to 400whp. In regards to how our dyno reads this car is making great power. Capable of 11.3-11.5 with good driving.

Tim will be back soon for some more power. His clutch did not like the torque too much so we will be replacing that with an exedy twin hd.

Yeah my Fidanza 3.2 gave out with these power numbers...So tring to get the funds together to get the Exedy twin HD, then I'll be strait...If I get to keep my license...Cops hate me and I am dumb about ripping down the wrong roads.

hey i seen that vid on youtube a week ago, i commented on it i didnt know you were on evom well have you ever been to the track? and were you on 101 yesterday i seen a GG 9 driving while i was going to the track for the import wars event. also have fun with her that meth must be fun haha

Parts selection/combination is key to making solid reliable power...Tune is right after.
