Knock Filters changes on dyno tune?

I have seen many dyno tunes with big numbers and I wonder if some of these tuners modify the knock filters so the car does not knock on the dyno and give higher numbers. Anyone have any experiences with that? I personally do not change the knock filters. I’m starting to think some people do. What do you think?
