Chris at GVAutosport made around 500whp on an HTA35R, S2s, stock bottom end/ECU/MAF, on pump. I'll tell him to chime in with more details.

I put in c16 one time and dialed the AFR back in to the same as my pump gas tune and kept the boost at 30psi. I added 4* of timing and it shot up to 565awhp but I don't think I kept the DLL, I can't find it
I'm hoping to see much more out of it very soon anyway on the new parts.

IMHO, the only possible hinderance to running really big power with the stock ECU (say up to 800 whp) is the speed of the ECU. Its pretty fast, and its definitely not a problem for anything I've seen in the 500 whp range, but just tossing that out as a possible limitation. The other commonly discussed limitations such as the MAF and table scalings are relatively easily overcome, especially with all the ECU hacking going on these days.

Mellon, nice numbers on Pump!
Just to clarify, was the recent power increase due to turning up the boost some - as well as the addition of the BR 2.0/head/BF 272's?
*Looks like that HP curve was still climbing when you shut it down...

correct ~ 4* more timing 1-2psi more all due to the new BR 2.0/head/BF 272 and there's more in it. I feel confident I can run more boost less timing and I still have the .82 housing ready to go on to replace the .63
