Drives: ambystom01 crazy by insisting on spending $2000 when $400 would do

radio harness adapter for Kenwood?

Anyone have a link for an online place to order an adapter for the radio harness to install a Kenwood head unit, or even one that is generic but plugs into the IX radio harness?

I put a cheapy $100 head unit in my track car, and it is better than the stock radio (USB, aux, MP3 CDs) and I figure I might as well get one for the Evo too since it is so cheap, but I don't want to cut the harness. I rather cut the adapter harness.

The one I am probably going to install is the Kenwood KDC-MP342U because my buddy is giving me a good price on them.

Thanks

You can go to just about any place that sells any kind of car audio and buy one.

Yes it's the same as a regular lancer unless you have SSL, but they should have what you need for that too.

How about the harness that has an OEM connector and then a connector to the back of the head unit which requires 0 splicing just plug and play? I got one for my kenwood on my other car, but forgot where. I need a pioneer one now.
