Deal or no deal?

so i have a set of the evo stock recaros that i'm thinking of trading for this subie guys

Subs:
(2) 12" JL Audio W3v1 Subs in box.(not ported)

Amps:
(1) Rockford Fosgate Power BD1000 a1. 1000w
(1) Rockford Fosgate Punch 401s. 1200W

Wiring:
Rockford Fosgate dual amp wiring kit(I think 4 guage)

Capacitor:
Lightning Audio Strike Compact 1.0 20 volt surge(don't know if it works he says he never used it)

wondering if this is a fair trade. I'm also new to the audio industry so i have no idea what i need to get this setup working. Will the stock speakers handle the amp? what else do i need to get this working. I already have a pioneer head unit.

I wouldn't trade, but that's just me. Depending on condition of seats or if you have them laying around cause you have evo IX or X's or other good seats, then possibly. You'll need to replace the stock speakers, and also you did not mention RCA's. What Pioneer head unit do you have? Does it have F/R and SUB preouts? If those are RMS, which i highly doubt, you'll need a bigger wiring kit.

Capacitors are FTL.

Doesn't sound like much of a deal to me. Why not check around and see what used prices are for those things and then figure out from there if the trade sounds good.

I'm not big into JL's. The W3v1 is the old school one isn't it??
