I might just try using a ground loop isolator

Isolators are just a bandaid. I would say that this is a problem big enough to tough it out and fix.

No resistance in the rcas is good. Try taking resistance from the ground terminal of your amp to the bolt you used for ground. You have a major failure somewhere, be it in the stereo, or something with the car itself. Got an o-scope?

There is resistance in the RCAs. Okay, when I take resistance from the ground terminal on the amp to the ground, what is good and what is bad? What does an o-scope do?

0 for the ground is good. With an o scope you would actually be able to see the noise and possibly see where its coming from.

Kinda like a multimeter. Its pretty involved. You should try hooking up your stereo with a different car to see if its an issue with your equipment or your car itself.

You pinched the speaker wire. Try taking out one of the speaker, or use the stock speaker you replaced. Hook it directly to the amp unplug the rest.
See if you still hear the humm.

I tried my friends headunit today and he put mine in his car. We both have sonys. And noise in mine still and zero noise in his. I even tried the output from his amp, with rcas, and noise still.
I also hooked up the rear speakers again today with the amp, rcas were not hooked up and there was the noise still.
