Upgrading Battery Terminals

I am looking to upgrade my battery terminals. The "+" needs to accept one 0 guage, two 4 gauge and the stock wiring block thing. The "-" needs to accept one 0 gauge, two 4 gauge.

Right now I have terminal rings at the end of the wires connected to the stock battery terminals mounting bolt. The 0 gauge wire is from the big 3 upgrade. One 4 gauge "+" and looking to add another 4 gauge "+", one for each amp.

The terminal rings seem to be too big and not making a full surface connection to the stock battery terminal.

There are alot of upgrade terminals available. I want to find out how people here in the forum deal with that fuse block comming off of the "+" stock wiring. Does the upgraded terminal need to accept this stock "+" wire terminal block? Which upgrade terminals did you use?

Thanks.

Thanks Bro. I need to find out how the people on here delt with the "+" wires and the stock fuse block. Then I can choose the right terminal with the correct size, type and number of outputs.

Did you ever find a solution for the positive side terminal and factory positive wiring? I am looking for a clean option as I am rewiring for an Iraggi 180amp alternator using 1/0g wire...

I ended up removing the stock batt. terminal and soldering a 4 ga. wire with spade terminal, to the positive cable. I left the diode piece intact. I cut up the red positive terminal cover, into a box shape. Covered the two soldered connections with this box and just wrapped it all up with good quality electrical tape. I then tucked it and zip tied it under the battery tray. 4 ga. from there to Stinger cable terminals. I did not like doing it like this, but it worked out great.

Four power wires, three 4 ga. and one 0ga. to the terminal just doesnt look good to me.

I think a distro. block somewhere, with just a single 0ga. to the bat. terminals would look cleaner.
