I removed the cowl piece under the windshield wipers. Drilled a hole through the bottom of the metal undernieth. I ran the wire up through the hole under the plastic, and then over to the driver's side there's a gap. I then unclipped the plastic from under the driver's side fender and pulled the wire down. There's a rubber boot that goes into the car behind the fender. I cut a slit in that and pushed the wire through. It's clean and you can't see it. It was a pretty big pain in the ass. It might even be easier to just pull the fender. I"m sure there's a better way, though.
