Whats the difference in these 3??

let me rephrase this, is the only difference in the Alpine iDA-X100 and the Alpine IDA-X001 is that the X100 has a cd player. Which one is better?

Neither one of them have an internal CD player. Looks like the X001 has built in bluetooth

They are both bluetooth ready, it is not built in. the x100 is the newest model. As far as difference i believe it is only the way they look, and in the x100 you push the center button for "Enter" just like the ipod, instead of the extra button the x001 has. Im just waiting for crutchfield to have the x100 back in stock so i can buy it. Both are great choices, you can't go wrong with Alpine HU.

evoix is correct the enter button has moved and some of the other buttons have moved. The idax100 has a little bit different of an interface I think have yet to see it here but its on the way.

i think the other major difference is an upgrade in the firmware because the x001 had some issues. I was on the alpine website just now and the x100 is supposed to come out in march.
