*Consumer Alert* Laser Deceptor is the Laser Mimic...
As I have stated in earlier threads there is a member on this forum known as JTG who is selling a product called the Laser Deceptor. He's doing a great job of "deceiving" and it's a fitting name for his product. This jammer has been publicly tested by SML and has been proven not to work. Here is a video.
http://order.wickenburgweb.com/resou...deos/Mimic.htm
Here is the history behind the Laser Mimic
The Mimic was a direct knock off of the Blinder M-10 but with lower quality and powered LEDs.
The person who engineered the Mimic was Blinders first US franchise owner who had the plans and engineering from the M-10. A couple years after being dumped by Blinder International, he met up with prior Attowave techs (that were now Dongin Electronics and doing contract work with Attowave) and they reversed engineered the M-20 and came out with the Mimic.
They also sold this very same unit (some with modifications) with other names that include:
First Strike - FSLD100
Laser Tech
Road Angel
Mega Jammer
Denpa J-100
Laser Mimic
Snooper SLD950X
and now
Laser Deceptor
Here are the pictures that Audi Quattro also known as JTG has posted of his install of his Laser Deceptor control module.
For anyone who has received a free Laser Deceptor with the promise of convincing your friends to buy them I strongly suggest you do no such thing. These people are your friends and do you want to see them waste money? To me these pictures are proof enough that it is in fact a relabeled Laser Mimic. I would ask if anybody on this forum owns one of these please post pictures of your jammer heads so we can compare.
Finally if an admin reads this I think it's time you remove the con artist known as JTG.
Here is a picture of a Laser Mimic Control Module.
Here is a picture of the back of the control module & the jammer head.

Just because something is made in europe and the packaging is the same but the hardware is different that does not make it the same. If you say its the mimic and it does not perform the way that I say and my clients say then I should have clients calling me saying they are getting tickets and want the money back, but I get nothing but happy new's when customers like "Dont Try To Run" who just got his laser deceptor III installed and the same day he jammed a CPD cop using a LTI Marksmen at a range about 300ft doing 56mph in a 35mph and jammed the cop. The Laser Deceptor worked and he did not get a ticket. I have plenty of customers like this with these happy stories. Enough Said..

Con Artist?????
I can easily get any of my local customers with the Laser Deceptor II/III and do a live demo and show that it works and do it all the time and I prove it works and even let the potential clients shoot any car they want and get a instant speed and distance reading and then have them shoot any of my clients that showed up with a laser deceptor and jam that lidar gun. Radar Roy and GOL is just pissed off that the laser interceptor is not being sold and is joke and the blinder M25/45 (hmnmmm....just did testing of it all day with video)..trust me you dont want to know results. My clients laser deceptor II beat the Blinder M45 with ease..I have the video to prove it and alot of video to prove the testing.

LOL at this thread. This woke me up fast. Its unfortunate that the only video evidence of the Deceptor/Mimic being tested against the real threat Lidar devices show it performing piss poorly. Customers/ clients, if they were really up to date on the real threats out there, they wouldn't have purchased this jammer without a real and thurough review. I haven't seen that review posted yet in the several months that this Deceptor has been available. I thought in a thread somewhere, JTG claimed he had access to almost every US lidar gun? Why not take a weekend and video test the product? Post the video, and let it sell the product. If its a new and improved design, prove it. You may want to do it soon and probably sign up to be a vendor here on the forums before the admins ban you.

It depends on whether or not you run a front liscense plate and if your unit is installed correctly with properly aligned heads. Check youtube or google video for reviews of the blinder products. Last time I checked, long range shots gave the m20 problems. Your car is black and your headlights are not bright chrome like the earlier Evos, so you should be ok assuming a correct install. Just make sure your not going too fast. Keep it safe with that 700 plus hp Evo IX.

I test the laser deceptor all the time it impresses people all the time. Try that any retail store that sell's a laser jammer and have them test the jammer before you buy. That is not going to happen. I offer that to my clients for free.
Sharkbite2000.......
Get the Blinder M20..but only if you want huge punchthroughs. I have a feeling that the new Blinders are turning into the K40's.

I'm sure it'll impress them when you show them how it jams the PL3. I'm glad you at least offer that service. Its like having someone show you how well your high speed internet works once its installed.
And I believe Sharkbite was implying that he already had the M20 installed on his car.

Where are the vids and or these witnesses of this unit jamming the other 3 guns you mention? If yo would have posted this in the beginning, there would be nothing to debate.

They will be up shortly like this next coming weekend. I am working alot of videos and it takes alot of my time between doing demo's, selling laser deceptors, breaking up the video's and spending time with the GF. They will be up. I even have some very, very special video's doing other comparitive laser jammer's coming....If I had something to hide, I would just disappear and not respond.

If you want a REAL test send me a jammer and I'll test it. My brother is a state patrol officer and works laser day in and day out. He'll allow me to "test" this device with a real honest to God stormtrooper laser gun.
