Sensors (Proximity, Shock, Tilt, etc.)

I'm thinking of adding on more sensors to the standard Compustar P2W9000FM-AS. Is there a particular brand/company who manufactures high quality sensors?

Dei is the primary manufacturer of these add on units. I have installed quite a few of the proximity and tilts several years ago. I've always had great success. I've heard that the tilt sensors can be somewhat iffy and hit or miss but I've never had problems with them. The proximity sensors usually lead to the owner qoing crazy because anything will disturb the field and it gets wicked annoying after a few days.

I install these stuff, and to answer your question... DEI is probolly the best company to go with, but on a side note. I would not recommend them, because we get a lot of customers wanting to eaither down the sensitivity waaaaaaaay down, or else remove it completely.
