How Much did you pay for your alarm?

Just wondering what range most people are spending on there alarms, if you could include :

1. How much
2. What type
3. What features

and autostart did a company install it or was it a side job? cause i can't find anyone around here to install an autostart with a manual tranny.

140$ , Alarm , Shock , Remote Start , Has an inside Tempature guage that is useless since i dont have the remote starter hooked up. Its an Autopage Unit , Awsome unit , Has a 2stage warn away , Somebody bumps , Will chrip , Bumps harder sets of a warning. Hit hard , Shaken , etc Full alarm. All are reported to the 2way Remote though. So i always know whats going on. Has about a 1/2 Mile range too. I havn't been in a situation where i have lost "reception"

The only way you can get a remote starter is to have somebody on the side do it , Its illiagal due to the fact you can start ur car in gear and kill somebody. Only way i would do it is with a built in failsafe where the car wouldn't start in gear
