Fuel Pump Kill Switch

New to this forum and just wondering if anyone knows which wire (color) supplies the fuel pump back near the rear seats.

I'm all set to go with an in-line relay and remote switch, I just need to figure out which wire is the right one.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the help, but I still can't find the wire color anywhere. I may just ask the service rep.

If anybody has successfully installed a kill switch on their evo, please write a how-to. This would be great information. Thanks

You're gonna wire in the switch. In order to do so, you're gonna have to get access to the wiring. You gotta take the seat off.

There are only a few wires in there.
Power, ground, float sensor etc.
pop open the lid and take a look.

Isn't much sense waiting for some dude on the forum to give you the answer. A test light and some testing will give you the answer in a few minutes.

On a side note, I'd much rather remote switch of the fuel pump ground if it isn't a common ground.

No sense running hot wires all over your car if you don't have to.
